Equine Wellness clinic
Scherri Edwards will be at GER this summer for a fun day of learning different methods to increase our horse's level of wellness. This is a HANDS-ON clinic where everyone will take part.
Clinic is $70, with limited spaces.
First Annual Benefit Dinner
Join us for a tented evening under the stars at our first annual benefit dinner! Come meet the horses currently at our rescue while we celebrate everything we have accomplished and what we wish to accomplish in the future.
Open House!
Come to Gerda's Equine Rescue to meet the rescues, have a tour of the farm, spend time grooming and decorating the horses, enjoy fun games and crafts, and socialize with other community members and volunteers. Harmony Horsemanship SAFE Horse Handling
The objective of this course is for horse owners or people who work with horses to be comfortable with horses, assist with basic/common procedures, and be able to help horses who are struggling using safe and effective techniques.
THE CLINIC IS FREE TO VOLUNTEERS from rescues or therapeutic riding programs! The cost for other participants is $150 for the day. Auditors are asked to give a donation. All proceeds from the day will be split amongst local horse rescues and therapeutic riding programs.
The cost of the clinic also includes snacks and drinks. Follow the event for updates and details using the link!
Mounted Police Clinic
Experience a fun day with your horse, improving your partnership and learning various mounted police training techniques from a mounted police instructor, all the while doing so for a great charitable cause!
